First Five Gimme Gimme
The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! my choice. for you. this offer does have some restrictions and limitations:
1. I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
2. what I create will be just for you.
3. it’ll be done this year. {translation: you may be waiting a little while}
4. you have no clue what it’s going to be … it may be cards, a poem, a bookmark, something yummy or a complete surprise to you (and me!) … who knows? not you, that’s for sure!
5. i reserve the right to do something extremely strange.
6. most importantly, you must offer the same deal on your blog - the first 5 people to comment on your blog (or if you do not have a blog, facebook) get something made by YOU! the first 5 people to do so and leave a comment telling me they did win a FAB-U-LOUS homemade gift by me …
Those were the rules as copied exactly from the "Castle o the Clutts" blog. She added an idea. If you’re not the kind of person that wants to make something tangible for others, how about some kind of service for them, any type, any size or a poem, or just dedicate a song to them?

Some Valentines day tunes and a crazy teen
I loaded some valentines day tunes for us all to listen to while we are enjoying the week before the day. I am excited mostly since I know it will be a busy day at work and I requested it off. Yeah!
Life is good. I am struggling to work with my less than hardworking co-worker who is texting on her cell 24/7. I saw a report that said that teens on the average are getting and sending about 1700 text messages in a month. I was floored. Lets put that into perspective: that's nearly 57 a day which translates to about 3-4 for every waking hour of the day! That is about right for my co-worker AT WORK!!! Not even to mention she talks very openly about the amount of men she has done (she doesn't even remember since she gets so drunk) in a week. SHE ISN'T EVEN A LEGAL ADULT! Sheesh. Some people's kids. I can't say anything to change her behavior. I have tried, believe me I have tried.
