Here it is December 1st. I sent my first Christmas package off in the mail today. I have had 90% of my Christmas shopping done before Thanksgiving. It SNOWED so much that schools were all canceled. I didn't find a new job yet, but for the first Christmas in a long long time I feel... what's the word... Optimistic! I feel happy and I am looking forward to Christmas this year. I don't know what the difference is this year. Is it that I am only slightly less broke this year? Is it that I found some friends so I don't feel so lonely? Is it that I don't dread my job quite as much? Is it that I got some great presents and I hope my friends and family like them? I am not sure but happiness is definitely an improvement. I feel a little like George Bailey in It's a Wonderful life when his hope and he return to his life only to find that everything isn't so bad after all. "Merry Christmas, movie house! Merry Christmas, Emporium! Merry Christmas, you wonderful old Building and Loan!"

Happy Fall
I am looking for a new job! I decided that I will not work for such little pay for another holiday season. So I am looking for something different something where I can better use my skills and perhaps make a little more dinero if you know what I mean.
I went to go visit my mom and grandma last week. I had a good time. We saw some shows and ate out at restaurants, which is unusual for me. It was good to see my family again. Seeing family always makes me feel better about myself. I realize that I am not the only one who suffers from things like fine and thin hair for example. Being around my family makes me feel like I am part of a bigger group of people who are at least a little like me. It makes me feel like I am not alone in the things I am going through. They are like me and some of them are struggling with the same issues. Seeing them makes me feel less alone and more normal. Spending time with family can be therapeutic in a way or it can make you need therapy, depending on your family.
Life seems to be getting a little better. I am healthy, over my sinus infection, and thinking that I might be able to wear contacts again. I figured out the reason that my eyes have been so dry- my mouth guard has been making me sleep with my eyes open! New mouth guard later and I seem to be doing better. (:
I made a friend! We share much of the same interests and hobbies. She would be my first lds friend in Boise. (:
Fall seems to be much better than my very boring summer and my completely rotten spring. I have high hopes for winter also. If winter could be great I think I won't entirely write off 2010 as a lousy year.
That's all for now.
I hope that life is going so well for you out there in webville.
Happy Fall!
Happy Halloween!

Nothing new but posting anyway
Can you believe that it's almost Fall?
Where did the summer go?
I keep wanting to get on my blog and post but I really never have anything new going on in my life.
I hate useless posts, I hate posts that just complain about life and the quirks, and I hate thinking that no one reads these. But I thought I would post anyhow even though I have nothing important really to say.
I have been reading a bunch of jewelry making books. I borrowed from the library this book called, The New Spanish Table if any of you are even the most bit interested in authentic Spanish cooking I would highly recommend it. It has back-stories about the recipes and the regions that it can typically be found. The recipes keep blowing me away. The combination of the ingredients are things that I would not think would go together but sound amazing.
I have been saving for a new computer for 3 years and I finally got one a few weeks ago. It is very fast. I love it!
My husband is headed back to school in a few days. He is taking some hard engineering classes this fall. He seems to enjoy his classes each semester. I am so proud of him for going to school. He is a good man.
I am sick and have been for the past 8 weeks or so with a sinus thing. I think I am finally on the mend and then I go to work for the week and seem to get sicker. ): Then I have some days off and I get to feeling better for awhile. (:
My birthday is coming up in a few weeks. Funny my mom has said that she is 28 years old for the past 30 or so years. So since my mom says that she is 28 and I will be turning 28 this year does that make us the same age? Funny.
Which brings me to the thought for the day:
Everything is always okay in the end, if it’s not okay, then it’s not the end.
Have a great week everyone out there in webville.
